Well made. Really good price compared to others out there. Nice leather. Would definitely buy here again.

I don’t know what they used to treat the leather, but it smells so bad I have to put it outside. Otherwise, nice watch roll. I may or may not be able to use it, depending if the smell goes away.

Build quality is really good and aesthetically it’s a handsome package. The stitching on mine is well done and the leather feels and smells genuine. I really like the retention strap and LOVE the idea of a storage pouch for watch tools/accessories like extra straps, pins, cloths, etc. The storage pouch is what sold me over the other dozen I looked.

I rated 4 stars for two reasons.

1. The thin flap that folds over the watch storage section feels more flimsy and dainty than others I’ve handled in the past. I wish it was slightly thicker.
2. While I complimented the storage pouch above, I really don’t like the zipper. It seems like a very solid and robust zipper but it really limits how effectively you can condition and work the leather. The zipper bulges and impresses on the leather. And it’s also metal. While the chain is covered by a generous leather overhang, the pull and slider are not, and I don’t think these could be elegantly covered anyway. I like to use watch rolls as a surface of protection to swap bands, bracelets, pins, etc on the go. Any unintentional drops on the zipper risk the case and/or bracelet.

I would highly prefer the pouch used an all leather retention mechanism. Double flap, slip cords, strap and loop, etc.

Overall, I would recommend this product. But there’s room it could be improved for my specific tastes and preferences.

This is a great watch roll. High quality leather, top flap for extra protection. Not sure why there's so few reviews here, these are awesome. Love the handwritten card signed by the maker. Great product.
