Do you do customizations?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to customize orders at this time.

 

When will a product be back in stock?

 

On the product page you can subscribe to an exclusive notification of when the product is back in stock. If you are not subscribed to our marketing, it does not matter, this notifications work separately.

 

Do you ship outside the US?

 

Only to Canada and Mexico, but not all products are eligible to be shipped. Write to support if you would like to know about a specific product and share your full address to check eligibility.

StockyardX Rewards is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. The more you spend, the more points you earn, which can be exchanged for money toward your next StockyardX purchase.

All you need to do to join our Rewards program is click on the "Join Now" button at the top of this page. You will automatically be enrolled in StockyardX Rewards and start earning points.

Right after joining, you will receive free shipping. The more you shop, the more benefits you earn. You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and milestones you complete. The full list of benefits can be found above under “Easy Ways to Earn Points.”

Log in to your account and proceed to checkout. Your points balance will appear above the discount code field. Simply choose how many points to redeem using the selector, then click “Apply” to see your discount reflected in your order total.

Yes, our Rewards program offers several ways to earn extra points. You can earn points by following StockyardX on social media, leaving reviews on your purchases, or referring friends who make qualifying purchases on our site.

All purchases made on StockyardX.com count toward points. You just need to make sure you’re logged into your account so your points can be added properly.

Points multipliers increase the number of points you earn as you move up tiers. All members earn at least 1 point per $1 spent, with higher tiers unlocking faster earning rates. Check the Rewards Tiers table above for details.

Yes, StockyardX Rewards points will expire after 6 months of inactivity in the Rewards program. As long as you place an order on the StockyardX website or complete an activity in that timeframe, like posting a review, your Rewards are safe for another 6 months.
