    This is a wonderful thick full green leather apron. I wish they would have made the ties straps out of canvas as the leather tends to loosen up after a while.

    I am impressed with this leather apron. It smells wonderful. Really nice leather. The ad mentions that it is made in Guatemala in a quaint leather oriented community. My apron came with a note from creator Mary who says it was made in Mexico with Mexican leather. That is not necessarily a negative, but it is not what the description said. I do love my apron, however. I would recommend one for you if you are hunting a leather apron. I am a wood carver. I should have bought one of these years ago. Protects clothing from injury. Its main feature for me is when I power carve. Leather will not get all caught up in burrs like cloth will. It is a real safety feature. And when power carving, which I sometimes do, the dust can easily be wiped off the smooth leather rather than imbed in my shirt. You probably need one of these. I am guessing it will outlast me. It comes a little stiff, but I am sure it will flex more with use. I also bought the matching tool roll. It is equally nice quality. Mary’s Mexican note was included with it too.

    Gorgeous, well-crafted apron

    We purchased this apron as a Christmas present for a family member. It shipped and arrived quickly and in perfect condition, with a card indicating the artisan who handmade it. Really heavy, high quality leather that was beautifully crafted into a functional apron, complete with large pockets and ties to fit an athletic 6’2 person. Would buy again!
