It fits me perfectly, I really love the materials and it’s good quality. I can smell the realness of it. It’s perfectly thick and looks nice. I found it quite comfortable and super easy to use.

This forearm bracer blends all the elements of a useful device. It is easy to use. It works exceedingly well and it looks nice. The bracer is comfortable to wear thanks to it's elastic ties. I fet absolutely zero pain nor experienced any bruising during target shooting. This is a great protection device with excellent durability thanks to it's thick leather construction.

Absolutely gorgeous and functional wrist guard. My son and I both shoot with traditional recurve bows, and having quality leather gear just adds to the experience. Valhalla Gear handmade products are top notch, and their marketing pictures are true product representations. Did you catch the lifetime guarantee? That’s right. But honestly, I see this product lasting a lifetime as there are no weak points in the design in my opinion. Simple, beautiful, great design and materials. Five stars. I review a lot of gear for, but this wrist guard, and the Valhalla hip quiver which I also Reviewed, both have me very excited. This is a five star positive review that I would be writing and posting even if I had purchased the product rather having it sent via the Vine program.
Note that this is a full-size wrist guard. My son is 16 in these pics and is about 5’10”. It fits both he and I from inner elbow almost to palm. I wouldn’t suggest this for children or smaller framed individuals as it would be too large and restrict movement. It’s perfect for us though!

Honestly, I was (more than a little bit) expecting this to be a costume quality bracer. It's so NOT! It's amazing. I was floored! The quality leather and attention to detail that went into this bracer is unparalleled. I do archery as a hobby and have gone through several sports-store bracers that I thought were decent quality (some of which were fairly expensive). This cost less and blows them all out of the water. It's comfortable, properly protective and fashionable as an added bonus. If you're on the fence about this one - don't be. Buy it now!!

My husband is an avid archery hunter and he bought me a bow just to shoot with him as I won't hunt. I don't shoot it often and am always hesitant to do so because he told me how much it can hurt if that string hits the arm. With this I feel more confident and will definitely have it on my arm when shooting. I think the quality is awesome. There have been leather things I've bought where the leather is so thin but this thing has double layers on the inside of the forearm and also on the outside where the lacing is which adds a lot of reinforcement. There are 2 leather buttons that the elastic cord gets wrapped around eliminating the down and then up again of the cord which would just hit in a weird spot in the middle of the arm. I'm a 5'6 female at about 135 lbs so my arms aren't huge. Will this fit someone with Popeye arms, probably not, but if there's not enough cord for someone with huge arms it can easily be replaced as it's in and out of a couple of holes and knotted on each end. It's very easy to put on/take off with one hand and if it doesn't remain tight I found that wrapping the elastic cord around the buttons once helped to keep it snug. The cuts of the leather are clean and the stitching is done very well. It came with a bonus key tag imprinted with Stockyard Exchange on one side and Handmade with Latin American Love on the other. There's also a Valhalla Gear business type card with a QR code that will take you to their store and the envelope the card is in shows the makers name (thank you Patricia for the beautiful craftsmanship), the makers home and material origin. I think a lot went into this handmade craft and I think for 19.99 it's more than a deal and a deal I definitely recommend.
